1. How long will service on my car take?

While the length of time to service you vehicle always depends upon the specific work being done, Hinkle's Auto Service works hard to get most service completed in four to five days. Often, much of the time is spent getting replacement parts, which may or may not be readily accessible. If emergency service is required, Hinkle's Auto Service will make the time to fit you in so you can get back on the road as soon as possible. Minor service, such as replacing a belt or hose, is regularily performed within 24 hours. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

Hinkle's Auto Service accepts cash and check payments, payment due upon receipt. Credit card authorization is pending.
3. When do I pay for service rendered?

Payment is due when you pickup your vehicle.
4. If I have a car emergency, what should I do?

Simply call us at your earliest convenience to schedule a time to get your car in for service. After hours, leave a voice message with your vehicle status and we'll respond at the beginning of the next business day. Hinkle's Auto Service also provides free pickup and delivery if you are in located in the local area. Emergency vehicle service will be performed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, unless the work requires hard-to-find parts or the work is of a serious nature. Customer satisfaction is always our primary goal.
